Eddie Dean Newsome

Eddie Dean Newsome age 59 passed away Saturday, 12-27-2008 at the Central Baptist Hospital. Eddie was born on January 21st, 1949 to his parents the late Sam Newsome Jr. and Edna Little Newsome. He was the husband of Sharon Lavonne Tackett Newsome. Along with his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie Newsome. Along with his wife, Eddie is survived by one daughter, Edna Tackett of Caney Hwy., two sons, Jimmy Dean Newsome of Hellier, Ky., Lowell Don Newsome of Hellier, Ky., three brothers, Terry Newsome of Caney Hwy., Bobby Gene Newsome of Caney Hwy., Avery Newsome of Caney Hwy., two sisters, Denise Lynn Wright of Dorton, Ky., Connie White of Dorton, Ky., five grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Alleghany Freewill Baptist church. The funeral will be Wednesday 12-31-2008 at 1p.m. at the Alleghany Freewill Baptist Church with Tommy Tackett, Ray Tackett, Pete Newsome, and Richard Gibson officiating. The burial will follow in the Gid Little Cemetery.
