Bobby Damron

Bobby Ray Damron,age 69, passed away Sunday June 29,2008, at his Residence. Bobby was born November 9,1938, to his parents the late Joe and Pearl Meadows Damron. Bobby was a Coal Miner for Rita Coal Company and was of the Freewill Baptist Faith. Along with his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by one brother, Jackie Damron, one daughter, Jennifer Damron, three sisters, Gladys Hunt, Nancy Bevins,and Barbara Sue Newsome. Bobby is survived by his wife,Betty Lou Meadows Damron, two sons, Keith Wayne Damron of Robinson Creek, Bobby Douglas Damron Pikeville, two daughters, Beverly Lynn Younce os Robinson Creek, Robin Denise Ramey of Elkhorn Creek, one brother, Donald Damron of Regina, Ky., two sisters, Bonnie Thacker of Regina,Ky., Betty Jo Morton of Regina, Ky. eight Grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of loving family and friends who will miss him dearly. Visitation will be at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home Monday at 6 p.m.. Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Lucas & Son funeral Home.
