Charles Bennett "Benny" Justice

Charles Bennett "Benny" Justice, age 47, of Lower Pompey, KY, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2008, at the Holston Valley Hospital. He was born on December 22, 1960 the son of the late Jesse and Gloria Faye Kemp Justice. He is survived by one daughter, Jessica Renee Johnson of Elkhorn City, KY, by two sons, Christian Anderson and Chase Anderson, both of Lower Pompey, and by three grandchildren, Dominic Johnson, Damien Johnson and Gavin Johnson. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22, 2008, after 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Randy Damron officiating. Burial will follow in the Bevins Family Cemetery at Millard, KY. Special services will be held on Friday night at 7 p.m.
