Nancy Belle Adkins Belcher age 66 passed away Thursday, June 25th, 2009 at her home. She was born on July 9th, 1942 to her parents the late Rex Adkins and Madge Puckett Hylton. She was the wife of Bobby Ray Belcher, a homemaker, and a member of Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Leva Hylton, and one brother, Gary Hylton. Along with her husband, Nancy is survived by two daughters, Kay (Tommy) Swiney of Elkhorn City, Angie (Tommy) Mullins of Elkhorn city, one son, Rusty "Bobby Ray Jr." Belcher of Elkhorn City, one brother, Ricky Hylton of Ashcamp, Ky., four sisters, Joyce Overstreet of Ashcamp, Ky., Joan Hines of Ashcamp, Ky., Gail Murphy of Ashcamp, Ky., Vicki Standifur of Belcher, Ky., five grandchildren, Issac (Diana) Swiney of Washington, D.C., Shawn (Jeanie) Swiney of Virginia Beach, Va., Heather (Keith) Arnett of Sycamore, Ky., Chase Belcher of Ferrell's Creek, Ky., Cheyenne Belcher of Ferrells Creek, two great-grandchildren, Noah Swiney and Shelby Arnett, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church. The funeral will be Sunday 6-28-2009 at 2p.m. at the Cedar Grove Old Regular Baptist Church with Jerry Overstreet, Larry Puckett, and Phillip Hines officiating. The burial will follow in the Potter Cemetery at Elkhorn City, Ky.
