Alice Lynch Collins

Alice Lynch Collins, 87, of Betsy Layne, KY passed away Wednesday May 27, 2009 at her residence. Alice was born April 16, 1922 to the late Will and Cora Lynch. Besides her parents, Alice is preceeded in death by her husband, Castle Collins, two sisters, Gloria Faye Clark and Garnet Lynch and one brother, Dave Vaughn Lynch. Alice is survived by two sons, Larry Collins of Betsy Layne, KY and Dan Collins of Sevierville, TN. She also leaves behind four sisters, Rose Lampkin of Raleigh, NC, Janet Rose of Winchester, KY, Jean Coleman of Louisville, KY, Linda Billiter of WV and also one brother, Kenny Lynch of Betsy Layne, KY. Alice is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Visitation for Mrs. Collins will be Friday May 29th after 6 PM at the Betsy Layne Freewill Baptist Church with special services at 7 PM. The funeral services will be Saturday May 30th at 1 PM with the burial following at the Ferguson Cemetery.
