Barbara Ann Bowling

Barbara Ann Bowling, age 67, passed away Tuesday, October 1st, 2008 at the St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tn. Barbara was born on December 11th, 1940 to her parents the late Emory Willis White and Goldie Marie Blankenship White. She was the wife of the late Elmer Bowling, a homemaker, and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Barbara was preceded in death by one son, Richard Lee Bowling, and one brother, Lewis Edward White. Barbara is survived by three sons, Michael Bowling, James Bowling, and David Bowling all of Pikeville, one daughter, Crystal Bowling of Pikeville, one sister, Phyllis White Seul of Antioch, Tn., one brother, Richard White of WV., thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday, October 3rd, 2008 at the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church at 6p.m. The funeral will be Saturday, October 4th, 2008 at 12 noon at the Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church. The burial will follow in the Bowling Family Cemetery at Bowling Fork.
