Elmer Eugene Osborne

Elmer Eugene Osborne age 80 passed away Wednesday, April 7th, 2010 at the Beaumont Hospital in Michigan. Elmer was born on July 13th, 1929 to his parents the late Elder Daniel Osborne and Leona Osborne. He was the husband of Evelyn June Burchett Osborne, a retired employee for General Motors, and a member of the Rose of Sharon Old Regular Baptist Church in Michigan. Along with his wife, Elmer is survived by one daughter, Evelyn Jean Conley of Grass Lake, Mi., four sons, James Elmer (Cathy) Osborne of Hazel Park, Mi., Justin Keith (Sue) Osborne of Wyandotte, Mi., Ronald L. Osborne of Hazel Park, Mi., Raymond Henry (Phyllis) Osborne of Hazel Park, Mi., two sisters, Jessie Tipper of Piackney, Michigan, Patty Gillis Hamitlon of Monroe, Mi., three brothers, Kenneth Bernard (Christine) Osborne of Jonancy, Ky., Jackie (Molly) Osborne of Pikeville, Ky., Daniel Osborne of North Point, Florida, fifteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Old Union Regular Baptist Church. The funeral will be Monday April 12th, 2010 at 12 noon with Ray Hamilton, William Holbrook, Carson Wright, Ben Little, Barry Lucas and others officiating. The burial will follow in the Elswick Family Cemetery.
