Maxine Thompson

Maxine Thompson age 81 passed away Thursday, April 1st, 2010 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center. Maxine was born on July 25th, 1928 to her parents the late Floyd Justice and Bessie Florence Justice. She was the wife of Richard Thompson, a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ. Along with her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Dean Justice, and one sister, Edith Lusk. Along with her husband, Maxine is survived by one daughter, Donna s. (Eddie) Ratliff of Kimper, Ky., one granddaughter, Michelle L. Chapman, one nephew, Harold Lloyd (Velma) Justice, and one niece Martha Garh, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, April 3rd, 2010 at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Aaron Davis officiating. The burial will follow at the R.H. Ratliff Cemetery at Shelbiana.
