Alma Damron Little

Alma Damron Little, 82, of Pikeville, KY passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at her residence. She was born December 22, 1927 to the late Caleb Damron and Lizzie Adkins Damron. Alma was a homemaker and of the Old Regular Baptist Faith. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Reedie Little and by John Caleb Little. She is survived by four sons, Thomas Gene (Diana) Little, Jim Reed (Fern) Little, Enos (Linda) Little, KY and Ronald (Panessa) Little, all of Pikeville, KY and one daughter, Madelyn (Bobby) Cable of Elkhorn, KY. She also leaves behind one brother, Charlie Damron and five sisters, Nancy Damron Tackett, Mertie Damron Tucker, Sendy Damron Case, Mary Damron Case, and Goldie Damron Tucker, all of Pikeville, KY along with seventeen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will begin after 6 P.M. on Friday, December 25, 2009 at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Special services will be at 7 P.M. Friday and Saturday with Ben Little and others officiating. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Sunday at 11 A.M. Burial will follow at the Rosehill Cemetery.
