Ermal Blake Coleman

Ermal Blake Coleman, 74, of Rockhouse, Kentucky, Died Sunday, June 6, 2010 at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born in Pike County, March 28, 1936, a son of the late Arthur and Mary Hollands Coleman. He was a Retired School Teacher of Pike County School System. He was Preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Coleman and Kermit Coleman and one Sister Ollie Harman. He is Survived by his Wife Wanda Rowe Coleman and Two Sons, Rickey L. (Judy) Coleman and Daren K. Coleman both of Rockhouse. Two Grandchildren, Becky L. Compton and Heather R. (Travis) Keene, three Great Grandchildren, Steven M. Compton II, Deborah L. Compton and Andi L. Keene all of Pike County, Two Brothers Clifford Coleman of Mooresburg, Tenn. And Carl Coleman of Rockhouse. Five Sisters, Reba Adkins, Magelene Phipps, Geraldine Phipps and Laverne Coleman all of Rockhouse and Lois Damron of Georgetown, KY. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Special services will be Tuesday & Wednesday at 7p.m.Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, June 10, 2010 in the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial in the Arthur and Mary Coleman Family Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky. Arrangements are under direction of Lucas & Son Funeral Home of Pikeville.
