Rosemary Mullins age 74 passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17th, 2010 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Rosemary was born on February 6th, 1936 to her parents the late Perry Adkins and Tina Clevinger Adkins. She was the wife of the late Paul Mullins, a cook for Elkhorn City Elementary, and a member of the Old Fashion Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by two brothers, Randy and Johnny Adkins. Rosemary is survived by two sons, Mike (Vickie) Mullins and Kevin Mullins both of Elkhorn City, one sister, Linda Grasso of New Jersey, and two grandchildren, Jordan Mullins and Jeremy Mullins and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Old Fashion Freewill Baptist Church. Special services will be Friday and Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday 02/21/2010 at 1p.m. at the Old Fashion Freewill Baptist Church with Freewill Baptist Ministers officiating. The burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin.
