Doris Ann Slone Huffman

Doris Ann Slone Huffman, age 65, of Tram, KY, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at her residence. She was born on December 15, 1945, the daughter of the late Leonard and Martha Thacker Slone. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Dean Huffman. Doris was a homemaker and was of the Primitive Baptist faith. She is survived by her daughter, Sonja Dale of Tram, KY, by three brothers, Fred Slone, Leonard (Bill) Curry Slone and Curtis Slone all of Pikeville, KY, by a sister, Bethal Thacker of Pikeville, KY and by two grandchildren, Connie Dale and Archie Dean Dale. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 9, 2010 after 6 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 12 Noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Coleman Cemetery on Lower Pompey.
