Billy Joe Hall

Billy Joe Hall age 54 passed away Tuesday, Nov. 3rd, 2010 at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born on May 23rd, 1956 in Pikeville, Ky. to the late Steven McCown Hall and Nellie Victoria Owens Hall. He is survived by his wife, Linda Compton Hall of 33 years of Little Cree, one son Christopher Neil Hall of Betsy Layne, two grandsons, Shawn Lucas Hall and Kyle David Hall both of Open Fork, and Jake & Sadie his little babies, they are Yorkies. Three brothers, Robert Lee Hall of Somerset, Ky., Steve Hall Jr. of Pikeville, Donnie Ray Hall of Betsy Layne, four sisters, Lois Elaine Hall of Cedar Bluff, Va., Beatrice May of Shelbiana, Mary Stevens of Martin,Ky., Elizabeth Deel of Clinchco, Va., and a host of nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, family and friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Teddy Darrell Hall, and two sisters, Evelyn Hall May and Rita Gail Hall. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas and Son Funeral HOme. Special services will be Thursday & Friday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Saturday 11-6-2010 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Buckfield Freewill Baptist Ministers officiating. The burial will follow in the Compton Family Cemetery at Little Creek.
