Frank S. Little

Frank S. Little, age 75, of Pikeville, KY passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born in Robinson Creek on November 31, 1934 to the late Alice and Floyd Little. Frank was a retired coal miner for Don Newsome Coal Company and a member of the Robinson Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Little, one son, Randall Little, two brothers, Milford and Jack Little and by three sisters, Ruby, Peggy, and Clara. Frank is survived by two sons, Donnie (Saundra) Little and Clement (Shelia) Little, both of Pikeville, KY. He also leaves behind three brothers, Earl, Delbert, and Jerry Little, and three sisters, Helen, Beverly, and Mildred, along with five grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home Thursday August 12th after 6 P.M. There will be special services Thursday and Friday at 7 P.M. with Dewey Roberts, Floyd Compton, and Gale Brown officiating. Funeral services will be Saturday at the funeral home at 1 P.M. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
