Carl Bunch

Carl Bunch 70, of Broad Bottom Rd. Pikeville, KY, passed away Friday, November 19, 2010 at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born March 27, 1940 in Pikeville, KY. He was the son of the late Granville and Bessie Branham Bunch. Along with his parents Carl was preceded in death by one sister, Pearl Bunch and three brothers, Robert, Clinton, and Ronnie Bunch. He was a heavy equipment hauler for WA Sheets and sons, an FOP member of the Sheriffs Department, a member of the Kentucky Colonels, a proud Pikeville Secret Santa, and a follower of the baptist faith. Carl is survived by his wife Alice Bunch. One son, Chris Bunch of Pikeville, KY, two daughters, Annette Deskins and Jeanette Wright both of Pikeville, KY, two grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends who will miss him dearly. Visitation will be held at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home Saturday, November 20, at 6 PM with special services nightly at 7 PM. Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 22, at 1 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Gary Williams officiating. The burial will follow in the R.H. Ratliff cemetery at Shelbiana.
