Martha Ruth Justice

Martha Ruth Justice age 72 passed away Monday August 30th, 2010 at the South Williamson A.R.H. Hospital. Martha was born on April 14th, 1938 to her parents the late Dock W. Justice and Maggie Ella Justice. She was a retired employee for Sears in Pikeville and a believer of the Baptist Faith. Along with her parents, Martha was preceded in death by six sisters, Vivie Meade, June Bertrand, Lola Townsend, Buena Justice, Sarah Thacker, and Nancy Justice,and eight brothers, James William Justice, John Marcum Justice, Joseph Justice, Denver Justice, Charles Paul Justice, Billy Dock Justice, and Carl Roy Justice. Martha is survived by one son, Shawn Justice of Chicago, Illinois, one sister, Mary L. Slone of Prestonsburg, Ky,one grandson, Shawn Douglas Justice of Pikeville, Ky., one sister in law, Phyllis Justice of Huntington, WV., and a host of loving Nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday at 10a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home The funeral will be Thursday 9-2-2010 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with A.B. Thacker, Doug Thompson, and Paul Huffman officiating. The burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
