Catherine Sarah Estep

Catherine Sarah Estep age 73 passed away Tuesday, March 24th, 2009 at her home. Catherine was born on July 14th, 1935 to her parents the late Robert Caudill and Elizabeth Elkins Caudill. She was the wife of the late Arvil Estep, a homemaker, and a member of Dorton Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her husband and parents, Catherine was preceded in death by one son, Jackie Lee Estep, one granddaughter, Georgina Elizabeth Hall, and one sister, Mary Elizabeth Burke. Catherine is survived by four sons, Billy Smallwood of Elkhorn City, Ky., James Orville Estep of Dorton, Ky., Bobby Gene Estep of Dorton, Ky., Bobby Jack Estep of Lexington, Ky., one daughter, Kathy Rose Webb of Pikeville, Ky., two brothers, Bobby Caudill and Richard Caudill both of Dobson, N.C., two sisters, Faye Shew of Dobson, N.C., Pat Bowens of Washington State, ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Dorton Freewill Baptist church. The funeral will be Friday 3-27-2009 at 1p.m. at the Dorton Freewill Baptist Church with Teddy Tackett officiating. The burial will follow in the Estep Family cemetery at Three Mile.
