Hazel Newsome

Hazel Newsome, 83, of Pikeville, KY passed away Wednesday December 30, 2009 in Bristol, TN. She was born December 7th, 1926 to the late Myra and Paul Bartley. Hazel owned and operated the Willow Tree Drive in for many years. She was a member of the Rockhouse Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Bernie Davidson and Mike Davidson, both of TN. She also leaves behind a brother, Fred Bartley, six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will begin Friday, January 1, 2009 at 6 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1 PM Sunday at Lucas and Son Funeral Home, and burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
