Elsie Bartley

Elsie Bartley age 80 passed away Sunday 11-16-2008 at the Parkview Nursing & Rehab Center. Elsie was born on Dec. 26th, 1927 to her parents the late Adam and Oma Williams Hobbs. She was the wife of the late Arnold Bartley, a homemaker, and a member of the Pine Grove Old Regular Baptist church. Along with her husband and parents, Elsie was preceded in death by three sisters, and one brother. Elsie is survived by one son, Roger (Linda) Bartley of Robinson Creek, Ky., one brother, Carlos Hobbs of Elkhorn City, one sister, Marie Farmer of Elkhorn City, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday 11-18-2008 at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday at 11a.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Buddy Ford officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
