James Allen Tackett

James Allen Tackett age 52 passed away Monday January 25th, 2010 at the Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. James was born on March 17th, 1957 to his parents Flora Damron Tackett and the late Roy Tackett. He was the husband of Diane Lyons Tackett, a retired heavy equipment operator for Branham and Baker Coal Company, and a member of Abundant Tidings Christian Fellowship. Along with his father, James was preceded in death by two brothers Ronnie and Randall Tackett. Along with his wife and mother, James is survived by one brother, Garris (Lucy) Tackett of Pikeville, three sisters, Barbara (Tommy) Nelson of Dwayle, Ky., Vanessa (Buddy) Coleman of Virgie, Teressa (Joe) Difesi of Virgie, Ky, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Boldman Freewill Baptist Church. The funeral will be Thursday Jan. 28th, 2010 at 11a.m. at the Boldman Freewill Baptist Church with Arnold Thornsbury and Belmont Johnson officiating. The burial will follow in the Flannery Cemetery at Little Robinson Creek.
