Loretta Sue Cavins Lelwica

Loretta Sue Cavins Lelwica, age 65, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born September 27, 1944 to the late George Cavins and Goldie Alma O'Quinn. She was retired from the stained glass industry. Loretta was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond Dallas Cavins and Robert Gather Cavins and two sisters Annette Cavins and Yvonne Honaker. Loretta is survived by one son, Garrett Woodrow Cavins of Island Creek, KY and one daughter, Linda Sue Lee of Island Creek, KY. She also leaves behind one grandson, Joseph Garrett Lee, two great grand daughters, Madison McKenzie Lee and Elizabeth Jade Lee, all of Island Creek, KY. Visitation will be at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home from 6-10 P.M. Tuesday January 19th. Funeral services will be at the funeral home Wednesday January 20th at 1 P.M. and burial will follow in the King Cemetery with Billy Williamson officiating.
