Annette Robinson

Annette Robinson age 73 passed away Thursday, May 14th, 2009 at her home. Annette was born on Oct. 7th, 1935 to her parents the late Charlie Yates and Palace Reed Yates. She was the wife of the late Ray (Babe) Robinson, a cook for Pikeville College, and a member of the Shelbiana Church of Christ. Along with her husband and parents, Annette was preceded in death by one infant son, Paul Edward Robinson, one brother, Charles Yates Jr., and three sisters, Betty Robinson, Jettie Knight, and Orma Jean Epling. Annette is survived by seven daughters, Ada May of Ford's Branch, Thelma Tackett of Little Creek, Celistean Boyd of Shelbiana, Sherry Richardson of Hudson, Fl., Linda Moore of Robinson Creek, Brenda King of Ford's Branch, Lisa Traylor of Shelbiana, one brother, Ballard Yates of McCarr, Ky., two sisters, Kathy Ward of Marrowbone, Maxine Thacker of Hurricane, nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, Brionna Richardson, Jordan Boyd, Byron Silkit, and Nicholas Allen, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Monday 5-18-2009 at 1p.m. at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Buddy Ford and other Church of Christ Ministers officiating. The burial will follow in the Ford's Branch Cemetery
