Teddy Newsome

Teddy Newsome age 60 passed away Thursday, June 4, 2009 at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center. Teddy was born on May 28th, 1949 to his parents the late Charlie Newsome and Ruthie Newsome. He was a disabled drywaller and of the christian faith. Along with his parents, Teddy was preceded in death by one brother, Millard Newsome. Teddy is survived by four sisters, Clara Bartley of Robinson Creek, Brenda Kiser of Virgie, Mindy Fleming of Ratliff's Creek, Carolyn Kiser of Pikeville, four brothers, Tivis Newsome of Pikeville, Jonas Newsome of Moorehead, Randy Newsome of Moorehead, Scotty Newsome of Pikeville, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Sunday 6-7-2009 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The burial will follow in the Newsome Cemetery at Penny Road of Virgie, Ky.
