Rodolph "Dock" Estep

Rodolph "Dock" Estep, age 77, of Shelby Gap, KY, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2008, at the Whitesburg ARH Hospital. He was the son of the late Samuel and Louisa Elkins Estep. He was a retired coal miner. He was also a member of the Peeks Branch Missionary Alliance Church. He is survived by his wife, Anna Louise Adkins Estep, by two sons, Larry Estep of Shelby Gap, KY, Robert Estep of Shelby Gap, KY, by one daughter, Geniene Bartley of Jonancy, KY, by one brother, Thurston "Teto" Estep of Shelby Gap, KY, one sister, Dorothy Boggs of Pound, VA, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2008, after 6 p.m., at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Donald Haring, JR, G.T. Greene, and Larry Estep officiating. Burial will follow in the Cable Cemetery. Special services will be held on Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7 p.m.
