Jean Gray Anderson

Jean Gray Anderson, age 74, of Shelby Gap, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at the Parkview Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Arville and Cynthia Mullins Belcher. She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Travis Ratliff. She is survived by her husband, Delbert Anderson, by two sons, Joe Dale Anderson of Louisville, KY. and Larry Anderson of Shelby Gap, KY, by one daughter, Tangie Chaney of Pompey, KY, by five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2008, after 6 p.m., at the Island Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Donnie Harris and Jimmie Dale Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery. Special services will be held on Thursday and Friday nights at 7 p.m.
