Billy L. Lowe

Billy L. Lowe age 74 passed away Thursday June 11th, 2009 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Billy was born on June 19th, 1934 to his parents the late Ance Lowe and Ida Sesco Lowe. He was the husband of Geneva Bevins Lowe, a retired coal truck driver, and a member of Jubilee Christian Assembly of God. Along with his parents, Billy was preceded in death by one sister, Violet Lowe. Along with his wife, Billy is survived by one son, William Craig Lowe of Salt Lake City, Utah, one daughter, Deborah K. (Ricky L.) Black of Lexington, Ky., a special friend, Kristda Abshire of Winchester, Ky., one brother, Oliver Lowe of Pikeville, Ky., one sister, Annie Justine Coleman of Pikeville, Ky., one granddaughter, Bevin Kayelee Black of Lexington, Ky., and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Sunday 6-14-2009 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Randy Damron officiating. The burial will follow in the Bevins Cemetery at Fish Trap.
