Alex Brice Bartley

It is with profound sadness that the family of Alex Bartley announces his passing. Peacefully and surrounded by his family, Alex passed away on November 22, 2024 at the age of 83. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Nancy Bartley. He will be missed by his two children, Lisa Hughes (Todd) and Alex Duane Bartley; three granddaughters, Stormie Bartley (William), Peyton Bartley Bush (Eric), and Alexis King (Blake); and one great granddaughter, Daphne King. 

He is the son of the late Essie Ratliff Bartley and Albert Wilson Bartley. He is preceded in death by his brother, Victor; his sisters, Faye, Florine, Glema, Shoma, Dorothy, and Anna Rae; and one granddaughter, Alexa.

He is survived by one brother, Roger Clinton Bartley, and two sisters, Evelyn Fowler (Ray) and Nada Sue Freeman (Danny).

A private service will be held at a later date.
