Angie Damron

Angie Bishop Damron, age 55, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Angie was born on Nov. 6, 1967 to her parents the late Jessie Bishop and Yvonne Matney Bishop. Angie was the wife of William Darrell Damron, a homemaker, and a member of the Holiness Church. Along with her parents, Angie was preceded in death by one brother, Rodney Bishop, and one sister, Phoebe Justice. Along with her husband, Angie is survived by two step children Matthew Darrell Damron, Amanda Damron, one sister, Sherra (Ronnie) Farmer, James and Velma Damron are her father and mother in law, eight grandchildren, Houston Wyatt, Wren Wyatt, Jameson Damron, Adalyn Damron, Skyler Lowe, Connor Doyle, Arianna Doyle, Chloe Doyle, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 1 P.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Ray Sawyers and Neil Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Justice Cemetery at Powells Creek.
