Arville Alley

Arville Lee Alley, age 71, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at his daughter's home on Toler Creek.  Arville was born on June 12, 1947 to his parents the late Henry Alley and Sarah Irick Alley.  He was the husband of the late Kathy Carroll Alley, and a retired coal miner.      Along with his wife and parents, Arville was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Alley and Chester Alley.      Arville is survived by three daughters, Diane (Duane) Ratliff, Kristi (Lonnie) Hensley, Stephanie Alley, two sisters, Minnie Williamson, Patricia "Trick" Marshall, four brothers, Gary Alley, Michael Alley, Jimmy "Bo" Alley, Tony Alley, six grandchildren, Katie, Dustin, Shawna, Dewayne, Cassidy, Chloe, three great grandchildren, Jayden, Adrian, and Braiden, and a host of loving family and friends.     Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Church services will be Thursday and Friday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Bud Crum and Billy Compton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Carroll Cemetery at Coon Branch.
