Audrey Davis

Audrey Davis, age 90, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at her home of Bent Branch.  Audrey was born on April 29, 1934 to her parents the late Woodrow Walker and Faye Lowe Walker.  She was the wife of Billy Jean "B.J." Davis, a retired school teacher for Johns Creek Elementary, and a  charter member of Meta Baptist Church.

     Along with her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Hylton and Virginia Gilmore, and one brother, Lester B. Walker.

     Along with her husband, Audrey is survived by three children, Sharon Weddington, Michael (Belinda) Davis, Marietta (Tim) Campoy, six siblings, Eleanor Runyon, Frank Douglas Walker, Carolyn Shepherd, Ronald Walker, Sam Walker, six grandchildren, Justin Weddington, Lindsay Fisher, Tara Harvey, Shane Davis, Caleb Campoy, Nathan Campoy, six great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.

      Visitation will be Friday at 11 A.M. at the Meta Baptist Church.  The funeral will be Friday January 17, 2025 at 1p.m. at the Meta Baptist Church with Bill Staggs officiating.  Entombment will follow in the Annie E. Young Mausoleum.
