Ava Johnson

Ava Ray Faith Johnson, infant daughter of Sally LaShae Tackett and Anthony Ryan Johnson passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Along with her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents: Chasity Tackett and Ricky Tackett, paternal grandparents: Mary Johnson and Alburn Johnson, five aunts, Desiree Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Tiffany Johnson, Keisha Hall, Jennika Johnson, four uncles, Dakota Hunter, Brayden Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Alex Hall, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Solid Rock Church at Wheelwright. The funeral will be Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 1 P.M. at the Solid Rock Church at Wheelwright with Paul Johnson and Bo Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the B.J. Hall Cemetery at Melvin.
