Barbara Webb

(Phillips) Webb, 80, of Willoughby passed away April 9, 2018 at home.She was born Nov. 21, 1937 in Pike Co., KY. She had lived in Willoughby for the past 13 years.Barbara enjoyed entertaining at home with family, reading, shopping and going to the beach.She is survived by her sister, Ruth (Phillips) Croley; children, Jerry (Beverly) Webb, Greg (Donna) Webb, Terry Webb, Cheryle McCourt, Patricia (Craig) Zaletel and Candice (Josh) Logan; 10 Grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren with another due in May.She was proceeded in death by her husband, Frank D. Webb; brothers, Eldie, Clarence and Herman Phillips; and sisters, Jettie (Phillips) Justice and Faye (Phillips) Rowe.Services will be held Sat. May 5th from 12 – 3 at Lucas and Son Funeral Home with graveside service immediately following at Annie E. Young Cemetery
