Billie Justice

Billie Sue Phillips Justice, age 85, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Billie was born on Feb. 9, 1934 to her parents the late William Kerry Phillips and Grace Williamson Phillips.  She was the wife of the late Robert (Bob) Justice, a homemaker, and a member of the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ.     Along with her husband and parents, Billie was preceded in death by one daughter, Susan Denise Justice, one granddaughter, Veronica "Janie" Justice Thornsbury, two great grandchildren, Haley Natasha Thornsbury and Sawyer Grant McIntosh, three brothers, Buster, Sid, and Franklin Phillips and two sisters, Mae Thacker and June Meade.      Billie is survived by three sons, Robert "Robbie" (Melissa) Justice, Kim (Teena) Justice, Anthony "Tony" Jerome Justice, one daughter, Retha Margaret (Kevin Wooten) Justice, one sister, Mildred Justice, two brothers, Edgar Gene Phillips, Zack Phillips, eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.     Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ.  Church services will be Saturday and Sunday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Monday April 1, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Upper Grapevine Church of Christ with Jim Abshire and Dewayne Abshire officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bent Ridge Cemetery at Meta, Ky.
