Billy Ray Bartley

Billy Ray Bartley, age75, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Billy was born on Nov. 4, 1943 to his parents the late Patton Bartley and Flora Mullins Bartley.  He was the husband of Rhonda Kiser Bartley, a coal miner, and a believer of the Old Regular Baptist Faith.      Along with his parents, Billy was preceded in death by four brothers, Herbert, Willie, Homer Ray, and James Donald Bartley, and three sisters, Lois Jean McCown, Elouise Hartman, and Eva Osterman.      Along with his wife, Billy is survived by four sons, Ray Anthony (Pamela) Bartley, Billy James (Karen) Bartley, Matthew Bartley, Josh (Madonna) Bartley, one sister, Patty Ray Jablonski, nine grandchildren, two step grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of loving family and friends.      Visitation will be Monday at 6p.m. at the Pine Grove Old Regular Baptist Church.  Church services will be Monday and Tuesday at 7p.m.  The funeral will be Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Pine Grove Old Regular Baptist Church with Stacy Hopkins, Jimmie Dale Sanders, Teddy Honaker, and others officiating.  Burial will follow in the Bartley Family Cemetery
