Caroline Hunt

Caroline “Koni” Hunt, 62, of Cane Fork, Kimper, KY passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 at UK Medical Center. She was born in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Edward Sr. And Violet Konopasek. She was a loving mother and wife. She was the widow of Gene D. Hunt. She is survived by three children, Jason (Stacy) Hunt of Lutz, FL, Jesse (Tina) Hunt of Ashland, KY, Rachel (Josh) Adams of Mt. Sterling, KY. Six siblings, sisters, Audrie Mae Frye, Ester Marie (Floyd) Rutledge, and Ruth A. Mitchell and brothers, Dennis George (Barb) Konopasek, Edward Konopasek Jr., Kenneth (Eva) Konopasek; eleven grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Konopasek and Bruce Dale Konopasek. Visitation will begin 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Lucas & Son. Funeral services will begin 1 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Lucas & Son with John George Blackburn officiating. Burial following in the Coleman Family Cemetery (Kimper, KY).
