Chad Eric Casey

Chad Eric Casey, 46, of Hartsville, South Carolina, formerly of Pikeville, KY., passed away on August 12, 2021, at the Hartsville Regional Medical Center. Chad was born in Pike County, Ky on April 8, 1975, to his parents Eula Kellione Casey and the late Glen Casey. Chad was a member of the House of Prayer and Worship. He was employed by Lowes as a manager. Chad was the husband of LaDonna Casey. Chad was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Stevie Casey. Chad is survived by his wife, mother, a daughter, MacKenzie Casey, a brother, Marty Casey, a sister Shirley Coleman and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, 6:00 PM, Wednesday, August 18, 2021 with church services nightly at 7:00 PM., at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 19, 2021, 1:00 PM, at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Billy Compton officiating. Entombment will follow in the Annie E. Young Cememtery, Shelbiana, KY. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Memorial Scholarship Fund for MacKenzie Casey in care of Community Trust Bank.
