Chad Dwight Coleman

Chad Dwight Coleman, age 43, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 in Hazard, Ky. Chad was born on August 19, 1976 to his parents, Ike (Teresa) Coleman and Sharon (Joe) May Spears. Chad was an engineer and conductor for CSX Railroad and a member of the Highlands Avenue Freewill Baptist Church. Chad was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ellis and Ferba May, and his paternal grandparents, Branson and Gypsy Coleman. Along with his parents, Chad is survived by one daughter, Saylor Chade Coleman, one son, Kashton Blake Coleman, and a host of loving family and friends that will miss him dearly. Visitation will be Thursday July 16, 2020 at 11:30 A.M. The funeral will be Thursday July 16, 2020 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Dave Garrett and Terry Gibson officiating. Entombment will follow in the Annie E. Young Mausoleum. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Highlands Avenue Freewill Baptist Church (donations can be left at the funeral home)
