Dallis Patrick

Dallis Thacker Patrick, age 83, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center. Dallis was born on Dec. 21, 1937 to her parents the late Thomas Adkins and Barbara Alice Blackburn Adkins. She was the wife of the late Russell Patrick, a homemaker, and a member of the Island Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with her husband, Russell, and parents, Dallis was preceded in death by her first husband, Curtis Thacker, one brother, Claymon Adkins, three sisters, Roma Birchfield, Wilma Adkins, and Rosemary Hill. Dallis is survived by one son, Kirby Thacker, two daughters, Pamela (Burl) Adkins, Angela (Lloyd) Carroll, one sister, Sandra Gail Justice, two brothers, Abram Adkins, Bradford Adkins, ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Church services will be Wednesday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11a.m. at the Greasy Creek Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. The burial will follow in a private family cemetery at Greasy Creek of Shelbiana, Ky.
