Danny Zack Adkins

Danny Zack Adkins, age 53, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018 at his home.  Danny was born on March 24, 1966 to his parents the late William Adkins and Louise Gilliam Adkins.  He was a retired construction worker and a believer of the Baptist faith.    Along with his parents, Danny was preceded in death by one sister, Drema Marrs, his niece, Wendy Bray, and nephews, Joshua Morgan and Jason Blair.     Danny is survived by one brother, John David Adkins of Shelbiana, four sisters, Peggy Tackett, Sharon Blair, and Lynn Morgan all of Mt. Sterling, Rhonda Thacker of Pikeville, and a host of loving family and friends.    Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 2p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Jeff Little officiating.  Burial will follow in the Dan Adkins Cemetery at Ford's Branch.
