Danny May

Danny May, age 61 of Phyllis, Ky. passed away Wednesday Nov. 28, 2018 at his home.  He was born on June 28, 1957 to his parents the late Richard Wade May and Myrtle Adkins May.  Danny was the husband of the late Rhonda Gail May, a coal miner, and a believer of the Church of Christ Faith.    Along with his wife and parents, Danny was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.    Danny is survived by two sisters, Bonnie Varney, Linda Justice, one brother, Bobby May, Billy Michael Varney, who was like a son, Special nieces, Robin Varney, Tiffany Lawson, Missy Williamson, his mother in law, Bobbie Anderson, sister in law, Pam Hunt, great nephews, Jackson Lawson, Shane Williamson, and a host of loving family and friends.   Visitation will be Friday at 6pm at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  The funeral will be Saturday at Anderson Cemetery at Grapevine at 10a.m.
