David Lee Maynard

David Lee Maynard, age 57, of Harolds Branch, Pikeville, Ky. passed away on September 29, 2018, at his residence. David was born on December 24, 1960, to his parents the late William Maynard and Lou Verda Maynard. David was retired from Asplundh Tree Company, were he worked many years as a Tree Cutter and was of the Freewill Baptist Faith. David was the companion of the late Joyce Huffman.  David was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Winston Maynard, Greene Maynard and one niece, Sara Maynard Berry.  David is survived by his son, Dwayne Maynard (Jessica); four sisters, Sally Owens (Larry), Ida Miller, Billie Sue Case (Eddie), Bonnie Carroll (Willie).  He is survived by three grandchildren, Ricardo Perez, Maria Perez, Tyler Perez and a host of loving family and friends.Visitation will be Sunday, September 30, 2018, 6:00 PM at the Pleasant Valley Church. Church service will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018, at 7:00 PM at the church on Harolds Branch. Funeral will be Tuesday, October 2, 2018, 1:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, Ky.
