Dona V. Frazier

Dona V. Frazier, age 84 of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Mercy Health Fairfield Hospital in Fairfield, Ohio. Dona was born on September 1, 1936, in Pike County, Ky. to her parents the late Jim Adkins and Delcie Adkins. Dona was the wife of John Frazier. Dona was a homemaker and a member of the Fairfield First Church of God for fourteen years. Dona was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters, Edith, Gladys, Thelma, Josephine, Laura, Edna Loraine, four brothers, Arthur, Marley, Ervin and Clifford. Dona is survived by her husband, John, one son, John Frazier (Shauna), one daughter, Tammie (Michael) Eads. Dona is survived by two sisters, Lisa Warner, Liz Dials (Mosey), four grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Monday, June 28, 2021, from 10:00 AM till 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, June 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Josh Eads, Carlos Frazier and Eddie Overstreet officiating. Burial will follow in the Adkins-Justice Cemetery on Hurricane Creek, Pikeville, Ky.
