Doris Jarrell, age 77, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Doris was born on Feb. 20, 1947 to her parents the late Frank Holloway and Oma Thacker Holloway. She was the wife of Kelly Jarrell, a homemaker, and a member of the Church of God at Upper Chloe.
Along with her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Robinson, second husband, Arnold McCoy, five brothers, Joe, Harmon, Johnny, Frank, and Randall Holloway.
Along with her husband, Doris is survived by two sons, Brian (Tracie) Robinson, Shawn (Marsha) Robinson, two sisters, Joyce Justice, Delia Crase, three brothers, Howard, Paul, and Roger Holloway, four grandchildren, Garrett Justice, Zachary Robinson, Jessica Kiser, Brayden Robinson, one great grandchild, Walker Justice, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, May 31, 2024 at 1p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Church of God Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Garden at Ivel, Ky.
