Emzy Rogers

Emzy "Harley" Rogers Jr., age 78, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at his home. Emzy was born on Feb. 25, 1944 to his parents the late Emzy Rogers and Dorothy "Tootsie" Ray Hall. He was the husband of Pat Stanley Rogers, a member of the Justiceville Bible Baptist Church, and a retired U.P.S. driver for over 35 and a half years. Along with his parents, Emzy was preceded in death by one brother, Carl Rogers. In addition to his wife, Emzy is survived by five children, Trina (Ronnie) Allen, Terry (Kathi) Rogers, Dana (Keith) Mulkey, Lacy (Daniel) Anderson, Tyson Ace Miller, two sisters, Pauline Taylor, Shelby Steele, eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday at 6p.m. at the Justiceville Bible Baptist Church. Church services will be Thursday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Friday, August 26, 2022 at 2 P.M. at the Justiceville Bible Baptist Church with Richard Meek and Wade Bostic officiating. Burial will follow in the Rogers Family Cemetery at Slone's Branch.
