Flora Mae Mullins

     Flora Mae Mullins, age 81, passed away Thursday, Feb. 6, 2025 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Flora was born on August 17, 1943 to her parents the late Eddie Bosely and Irene Alma Bosely.  She was the wife of the late Robert Edgar Mullins, a homemaker, and she also worked their construction business.

     Flora is survived by three children, Robert Edgar Mullins Jr., Phillip Wayne Mullins, and Deborah Ann Bailey, one brother, Dicky Bosely, two sisters, Margaret and Bobbie, four grandchildren, Robert E. Mullins III, Samantha M. Mullins, Sean Bailey, Matthew Bailey, ten great grandchildren, Gabriel, Jaxon, Mason, Harper, Elaina Grace, Kelisha, Cara, Clarissa, Marissa, and Blake and a host of loving family and friends.

     There will be a graveside service only on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 at 2p.m. at the Ratliff Cemetery at Poor Bottom.
