Gary Wayne Gray

Gary Gray, age 68, of Beaver, Ky. passed away at his residence on November 25, 2020. Gary was born Pike County, Ky. on February 28, 1952, to his parents the late Fred Gray and Jetta Pearl Gray. Gary was a coal miner and attended the Sutton Baptist Church on Greasy Creek. Gary was the husband of Penny Gray. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, John Gray, Phil Gray, one sister, Debbie Chaney. Gary is survived by his wife, one son, Fred Gray (Hollie), three daughters, Tara Johnson (Gerrard), Nancy Whetsel (Richard), Vanessa Blair (Jason). He is survived by one brother, Doug Gray (Diane), one sister, Cathy Elswick (Steve), nine grandchildren, Brennen Gray, Harper Gray, Madison Hamilton, Grace Johnson, Grayson Johnson, Blake Caudill, Jake Caudill, Kaylei Blair Grayden Blair, one Great Grandchild, a host of loving family and friends. Due to current Covid-19 regulations, private visitation will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020 after 6 PM at the River of Life Church Private funeral services will be held on Sunday at 11 AM at the River of Life Church with Doug Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in the Vance Cemetery at Beaver, Ky.
