Gary Looney

   Gary Looney age 71, of Pikeville, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024, at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Gary was born November 3, 1952 to his parents the late Orbie Looney and Helen Ratliff Looney.  He was the husband of Vanessa Richardson Looney, a retired truck driver for HT Hackney.
   Along with his parents Gary was preceded in death by one half brother, Larry Dean Stewart. 
   Along with his wife, Gary is survived by one son, Brock Looney and one grandson, Shane Looney, three sisters Christine (Ken) Plowman, Barbara Jean (Earl) Meadows, and Debra Kay (Peter) Bunce and a host of loving family and friends.  
   Visitation will be Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM.  Funeral will be Wednesday April 17, 2024, at 1:00 PM with burial to follow at Elkhorn City Cemetery.
