Glenn Hall

Glenn Hall, age 96, of Pikeville, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the Knott County Health and Rehab Facility in Hindman, Ky. Glenn was born on June 10, 1927 to his parents the late Richard Hall and Flossie Sowards Hall. He was the husband of the late Patsy Ruth Coleman Hall, and an Elder minister for Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church for over forty years. He was a retired insurance salesman with life and casualty for thirty three years and later in life he started his cleaning and chemical supply company. Along with his wife and parents, Glenn was preceded in death by one daughter, Glenda Ison, one brother, and one sister. Glenn is survived by his son in law: Tom Ison, two grandchildren, Dr. Keith (Renee) Ison, Kristi (Ralph II) Stanley, four sisters, Loraine Belcher, Phyllis Johnson, Betty Smallwood, Jenny Beverly, five great grandchildren, Heather Makenzie Ison, Isabella Kate Ison, Nicholas Keith Ison, Taylor Brooke Stanley and Ralph Stanley III, and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday at 6p.m. at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Church services will be Saturday at 7p.m. The funeral will be Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 11 A.M. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Teddy Honaker and other Old Regular baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park.
