Helen Marie Goins

Helen Marie Goins, age 87, of Elkhorn City, Ky., passed away at her home on Friday, July 8, 2022. Helen was born in Letcher County, Ky. on March 16, 1935, to her parents the late Timothy "Tim" Coleman and Josie Branham Coleman. Helen was the wife of the late Ray Goins. She was self-employed store owner and a homemaker. She was a member of the Rockhouse Unity Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a brother, Harold Coleman, three sisters, Irene Rowe, Margil Branham, Ruby Helen Coleman. She is survived by a son, Timothy "Tim" Goins (Kelly), two daughters, Darlene Clark (Tommy), Arlene Ramey (Olis). She is survived by five grandchildren, Jay Clark (Kara), Haley Wright(Kyler), John Keith Sanders, Jordan Kyle Sanders (Brittany) Tyler Goins, and two great grandchildren, Kayson Wright, Draven Salisbury and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, July 10, 2022, 6:00 PM at the Rockhouse Unity Freewill Baptist Church, with church services each night at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 1:00 PM at the Rockhouse Unity Freewill Baptist Church with Mike Coleman and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Coleman Family Cemetery at Rockhouse, KY
