Homer Clifton McCown

December 11, 1952 — March 27, 2024

Homer Clifton McCown, age 71, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the Pikeville Nursing and Rehab Center. Homer was born on Dec. 11, 1952 to his parents the late Homer McCown and Mary R. Wheeler McCown. He was a believer of the Baptist Faith.
Homer is survived by one sister, Judy Hopkins, two nephews, Ben (Tammy) Hopkins, Jason (Cindy) Hopkins, one niece, Stevie Hopkins (Lincoln) Bentley, one great nephew, Hayden Bentley, and a host of loving family and friends.
There will be a private family service. Burial will follow in the Machpelah Cemetery in Mount Sterling, Ky.
